We booked it solely because of its location close to the Hanoi railway station as a base for between 3pm and 9pm before we caught the train to Sapa. It was ideal and the facilities were perfect for a shower and a rest. In a nice street surrounded by restaurants. Staff were fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was clean and and facilities were good. The highlight was amazing breakfast. Location was good, very close to the station

super clean and in a very good location in a little street. the bed was fantastic and the breakfast was good. the staff was helpful at all times! Definitely recommending this hotel !!

Great location on a quiet street in the old town. Room was beautiful decor, spacious, immaculately clean with daily room service. For comparison it was like a 4* hotel in England. Breakfast was fine, I enjoyed the fruit, coffee and toast. Chef cooked eggs also to order. Lovely staff with an easy check-in. We extended our stay two nights, so stayed four in total.

It was quiet at night! The windows were modern and soundproof. The room was spacious and the bed very conformable.

The staff was very generous and offered us an upgrade. We stayed in a family room at 9th floor that had the bathtub in the washroom. The facilities were amazing and everything was neat and clean. Location of the hotel is very good.

Comfortable room without window for one night, but later we stayed in superior double room with window (much nicer). Breakfast ok.

Good location, close to train station and walking distance to the ICE. Breakfast was tasty (a small buffet, including hot meal and a soup as well.)

Great service, very clean hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Also to note it’s right across from the train station so if you have plans to take the train out of town.
